Social Connect Service: I'm speaking with carers who are looking to reconnect with life outside their care roles; yoga, bird watching and walking are just a few of the activities I'll be looking into on their behalf.

Some carers want to talk about their personal journey, some just want information, some want both, but ALL are supported in prioritising their health, well-being and achieving the goals they set for themselves, at their own pace.

If you would like to have an informal chat about this free service you can email lyn.mcnair@derbyshirecarers.co.uk or call our Head Office 1773 833833
