This session offers tips and strategies to support your wellbeing whilst caring for others.

This will be a journaling workshop. During this interactive and informative workshop, we will explore what journaling is and how it differs from just keeping a diary. We will look at different journaling techniques and journaling formats and you will get the opportunity to practice using a few. We’ll also look at some of the main benefits of journaling. At the end of the session, you’ll get some journaling prompts to take away to get you started
