Is Bridgit Care an app?
- It is NOT an app you can download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- It is accessed via a web browser on PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile Phone using a web address link. However, an app version will be available in the near future.
Is Bridgit Care replacing Derbyshire Carers Association services?
- It is NOT a replacement for our Derbyshire Carers Association services.
- It is an extension only, referring users to our existing services, websites, links and resources.
Does Bridgit Care provide direct face-to-face support for Carers?
- It is NOT providing direct, face-to-face care support.
- It is supporting Carers with information and signposting, through A.I Coaches, 24/7 chat boxes and web pages with information alternatively.
Is Bridgit Care a standalone system for Carers?
- It is NOT a standalone or comprehensive Care management system.
- It is complementing and integrating into the broader local Care ecosystem available.
Do I have to pay or create an account to use Bridgit Care?
- It is NOT required for you to pay anything and you are NOT required to make an account to use Bridgit Care.
- It is a completely free online platform for you to use. It is also only optional to create an account. If you create an account you can receive additional features like email updates.
Can I use Bridgit Care without internet?
- It is NOT available to use on offline access.
- It does need an internet connection to be used. It is also required for you to have a modern enough and compatible device to engage with this platform so you can have full access to the A.I tools and resources available.
