The Hconnect team visited Ward 2 at The Florence Nightingale Community Hospital on Monday 8th December 🏥 .
They were made to feel very welcome and had a tour of the ward and discussions around the amazing work that they all do for patients and their families ❤️.
The Hconnect team have arranged to deliver Carers awareness training to all staff and the Hconnect worker will be delivering monthly drop-ins in the new year to support Carers visiting the ward.
