The H-Connect Team presented another Hospital Carer Friendly Award this week, this time to the fabulous Oker Ward at Whitworth Hospital in Matlock.
Joanne Housley, Ward Manager and some of her wonderful team accepted the award for all their great work they do to support Carers.
The Hconnect team will continue to visit the ward to host Carer information stands and also host a coffee morning during Carers Week.
Helen Weston thanked Joanne and her team for all they do for Carers.
